4.1. Collection Schedule
4.1.1. Collections take place once per week on a fixed designated day each week.

4.1.2. On collection day, leave your bin or bag somewhere we can reach. We expect to collect your recyclables within a reasonable distance from our collection vehicles.

4.1.3. We operate on all bank holidays except for a one-week suspension during Chinese New Year. Collections will resume the following week. We will announce the collection arrangement via WhatsApp.

4.1.4. If a Black Rainstorm Warning, or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, we will announce any changes to your collection schedule via WhatsApp.

4.2. Materials
4.2.1. You must place your bin or bag in an accessible location on collection day. If not, and no one answers the door, no re-scheduled collection or refund will be provided.

4.2.2. All recyclables must be placed in the provided bin liners or your own bags. Please do not place them directly in the Green Bin or in boxes without a liner.

4.2.3. You must flatten cardboard boxes and place them next to your bin or bag.

4.2.4. You must ensure all materials are recyclable. Follow the Recycling Guide for instructions.

4.2.5. You must ensure all recyclables are clean. We reserve the right to reject unclean items. Follow the Recycling Guide for instructions.

4.2.6. We reserve the right to reject materials exceeding your plan's limit, except for those accumulated during holiday service suspensions. To recycle the excess volume, consider upgrading to Double Plan or contact us for assistance.
